About

So much happens in life.

Most people don’t arrive at therapy because life is going well.

They come because something feels emotional. Or confusing. Or quietly unbearable.

Maybe it was a moment that changed everything: a painful experience, a loss, a betrayal, a diagnosis, a fractured relationship.

Sometimes, nothing “big” happened at all.

Life simply became too loud, too fast, or too lonely.

Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness.

You’re just tired…

Tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns despite wanting change.

Tired of carrying trauma from experiences you were never meant to face alone.

Tired from constantly being “the strong one.”

Tired of struggling with unfulfilled dreams, relationship challenges, or self-doubt.

Therapy can help you find the relief and healing you need.

Everyone needs support, respect, and empathy.

Therapy gives you a place to re-find home in yourself, cry the valid tears (which all tears are), laugh the deepest laughs, and come into peace.

This is a place where all of you are welcome with honor. You can bring up the parts of yourself you most love and the parts of yourself with which you privately battle. You will receive care and support to make valuable changes and find self-love.

Therapy can also help you strengthen your relationship to the Light, the Creator God, Goddess, whatever name you use for the source of our existence.

In place of feeling betrayed, unheard, or non-met, you can learn to count on the gifts our Creator has in store for you. Your challenges will be met with kindness, while new, happier experiences and manifestations can become your norm.

What to expect…

The onset of therapy often begins with profound heartache or anguish.

For those willing to receive help, you’ll learn to:

  • Clarify what you intend or desire to experience.
  • Receive and work with suggested tools in between sessions.
  • Keep gratitude in your heart and mind as a foundation.
  • Use session time as a place to receive support for pattern changes.
  • Practice staying in faith when challenges are not changing as rapidly as you prefer.
  • Ask for help. Based on your beliefs, ask life, ask God, ask Goddess, ask the Light, ask your Higher Power, ask a friend, ask your cat!
  • Lovingly embrace who you really are now. Transformation begins with genuinely embracing what you do and don’t like.

Therapy works best with regularity. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions are the foundation for the transformations and shifts that lead to a peaceful heart, a life full of positive experiences, and a loving-warrior capacity to handle the troubles that life brings.

During your session, you will have time to share about your life and self, receive help with direction and clarity, receive facilitation with making the changes you desire and seek.

You’re investing in your mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

The investment in yourself permeates into the rest of your life, your family, your community, your profession, and your hobbies. Therapy is a courageous undertaking with immense rewards.

You’ll gain new clarity, tools, and a new way of living life.

Over time, you’ll respond differently to triggers, feel better in your heart, and consequently feel more at home in your own body.
